Dr. Hanh Do

Veterinarian

Dr. Hanh Do graduated with high honors from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Do specializes in the care of small companion animals. She prides herself on having an in-depth knowledge base on a broad range of veterinary topics and has special interests in internal medicine, urgent care, and surgery. Dr. Do is a warm, honest and patient doctor who exudes love and care for all animals. She works hard to answer all your questions and to provide the best care for you and your loved ones. Dr. Do has a shepherd mix named Taja (pictured here), a kitty named Jewel, a little parrot named Rainy, and 5 chickens named Astrid, Darla, Candice, Wynonna, and Beatrice. Dr. Do looks forward to providing you and your pet with the best in veterinary medicine from the heart.

Dr. Sam Varon

Veterinarian

Dr. Sam Varon is a graduate from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Animal Science and the distinction of highest honors. He went on to attend UC Davis’ School of Veterinary Medicine, where he specialized in companion animals. He has special interests in surgery, reproduction, oncology and end of life care.
He is skilled in soft palate and nares resection, screw tail surgery, various eye surgeries, and other surgeries crucial for short-faced breeds. He also has an interest in surgeries including TPLOs and fracture repair.
Dr. Sam’s love for animals shows through his exemplary commitment to helping the animal community of Sacramento. He volunteered for the Mercer Clinic for the Homeless, which provides free veterinary care for the animals of the homeless. He also volunteered for the underprivileged in Central and South America, performing surgeries on both their cats and dogs.
When not taking care of Sacramento’s pets, you can find Dr. Sam out with his dog rescues: Autumn, Ziggy, Piper, Meka and lastly miniature pig named Gracie. He is a big fan of fitness, and in his spare time, you will find him snowboarding, fishing, and any other outdoor activities.

Dr. John Fox

Veterinarian

Dr. Fox was raised in Ohio and attended Michigan State University to receive his degree as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He and his family moved to Stockton in 1986 where he worked at the old Emergency Clinic on Plymouth. Preferring day hours, he worked in Lockeford for four years and then Woodbridge for seven more years. In 1998, following the retirement of Dr. Wilson Kelly, he took over the practice of Animal Clinic. Dr. Fox and his wife, Marcia, are the proud parents of three boys who have grown up in Stockton. Currently, Bryan, the eldest, is working in radio in Chico, Peter, the second son, is Assistant Manager for Starbucks and Tim, the youngest, is working at Macaroni Grill. Dr. Fox is a member of the Kiwanis ClubLoves continuing education and constant learning
